    Outputs draw from your knowledge base, your public record and the regulatory feeds you approve - nothing else.

  • No content used to train models.

    Your data is sent to model providers only to perform the task at hand, over secure, authenticated APIs.

  • Confidence capped at 95%.

    Diolog never claims certainty on a compliance call. The cap is a design decision, not a disclaimer.

  • A human signs off.

    Every AI output is a draft for review. Nothing reaches the market without your team's approval.

Every action, on the record.

Regulated communication needs an answer to “who did what, and when”. Diolog keeps that answer ready.

  • Full action audit log, per user.

    Drafts, edits, approvals and sends are logged against the person who made them.

  • Whitelisted provisioning.

    Accounts are created for named, approved users. Access reflects each person's role.

  • Client isolation by architecture.

    For advisory firms, each client account is fully separate. Nothing from one account is ever in scope for another.

Data handling

Where is data hosted? On globally recognised, tier-one cloud infrastructure located in Australia.
Is data encrypted? Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Bring-your-own-key encryption is supported.
Is my content used to train AI models? No. Content is transmitted to model providers only to the extent necessary to perform the task, over secure, authenticated APIs.
What sources can the AI draw on? Only approved sources: your knowledge base and uploads, your public record, regulatory feeds, and the conversations inside your workspace.
Who can access my workspace? Named users you approve, provisioned by allow-list, with access set by role and every action logged.
What about privacy? Diolog complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. See the Privacy Policy.
Which rules does compliance coverage span? Exchange-specific listing rules (e.g. ASX, NASDAQ) and the guidance of the respective regulators (e.g. ASIC, SEC), maintained as a live rule-index.
